The mansion is located in the north of Dereli (Ezdara) village in Gercüş district of Batman province. Dereli village is located 54 km southeast of Batman centre, 26 km northeast of Gercüş district centre.

The building, which is terraced on a rocky and sloping ground on a high hilly area (Picture 1) (Picture 2), is arranged in a "U" plan scheme, three storeys around the inner courtyard. The residence is known as (Qesra Heci) by the local people (Picture 3). (Picture 4). The ground floor spaces of the building are vaulted, the second and third floor spaces are supported by wooden beams, and the soil is covered with flat drops. The connection between the floors is provided by stone steps that continue from the courtyard to the flat roof.

On the ground floor of the building, which is placed in a "U" plan on the east, west and north facades of the inner courtyard; In addition to the spaces used as daily living spaces, there are spaces used as barns, warehouses, warehouses and other service units, and spaces used as the main living space on the upper floors (Picture 5).
