Gre Hanik 2 is located 6km west of Batman province, 1.20km north of Balpınar town, 580m east of Yeniköy, 300m north of Gre Hanik 1.

Gre Hanik 2, a flat settlement, is located in a large field. A late period architectural structure stands out in a small area within the field. It is possible that the area in question was a medieval settlement. According to the statements of the villagers, a large amount of coins were recovered from this region. As a matter of fact, one coin was found by us in this area. In addition, it was stated by the villagers that bone fragments were found in the field during agricultural activities.
