Rock residence is located in the center of Çalışkan village within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. Caliskan village is located 81 km southeast of Batman city center and 34 km northeast of Gercüş district centre.

Rock residence consists of a front entrance room and 3 spaces. Access to the residence is provided through the entrance located on the east. This entrance leads to the front entrance room of the house. There is room 1 to the north of the front entrance room. On the south wall of the room, there is an opening opening to room 2. At the base of this opening, there is a manger for animal feeding. Room 2 is located to the west of the front entrance room. There is a large niche on the western wall of the room. But later on, partitions were made at the bottom of this niche. Room 3 is located to the south of the front entrance room. There is a niche on the south wall of the room. The rock dwelling, which was used as an animal shelter in the later periods, has been destroyed.
