Tabya Hill is located 1.30 km southeast of Hasankeyf district center. Tabya Hill, located in the west of Zevruney Valley, is located on a high rocky area dominating the environment.

There are many rock dwellings, cisterns and water channels connected to these cisterns, warehouses, observation rooms and step structures built to monitor the area. Kaya coves are divided into two groups as single-spaced rock dwellings and complex rock dwellings. There is damage to all houses. Some rock dwellings were used as animal shelters in later periods. Some of the houses are in ruins. Approximately 25 rock dwellings, the dimensions of which are partially known, have been identified in the area. There are niches of different sizes on the walls of the houses for storing goods. The houses show similar architectural plan features.
