Located in the north of Salihiye Gardens, the mosque was unearthed during the excavations carried out under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr.  Abdüsselam ULUÇAM in 2004. As a result of the studies, the narthex and vaulted structures of a late period Ottoman mosque were unearthed. The remains of the mosque, which is understood to have a transverse rectangular plan from the remaining traces, were identified as the narthex with three arches, two column bases, and the foundation on which the floor lay. The dimensions of the mosque are unknown. It is important because it is the only structure that uses columns in Hasankeyf architecture.
