Mill 4 is located in the north of Çukuryurt village in Gercüş district. Çukuryurt village is located 45km southeast of Batman center and 9km northeast of Gercüş district center.

The building, which is placed on masonry rubble stone, measures 15.50x3.55m in north-south direction and has a rectangular plan. The main walls of the building, whose upper cover collapsed, have survived to the present day. The building, which consists of two parts, has an entrance in the west direction. The place in the northern part is arranged as a grinding device and a miller's room. There is a pointed arched hearth niche and a window opening on the western wall of the room. In addition, there are channels connected with the water tower in this place. The southern part of the mill, on the other hand, is reserved for the tools and equipment used in the mill, where sacks of wheat to be ground and sacks of ground flour, feed and bulgur are placed. The preserved wall length of the water tower, which remains mostly intact, is 8.80 m, its height is 4.20 m, and its wall thickness varies between 0.65 m and 1.10 m. The channel carrying the water to the water tower is 6.50m long and 0.50m wide. The mill has lost its function today and is not used.
