Rock Masjid is located on the western slope of the Gavur Valley, located 225m northwest of Tabya Hill, 1.5 km southeast of Hasankeyf district center.

The masjid consists of the main place of worship and the entrance area. The main place of worship in the eastern part has a square plan and there is a niche for the mihrab on the south wall of the place and a niche for the mihrab to the east of the mihrab. Access to the square planned side space, located to the west of the prayer hall, is provided by a two-step staircase. There are niches of different forms and sizes on the interior walls of the space with a higher ground code. There is destruction throughout the mosque.
