The chapel is located on the eastern slope of the valley in the southeast of Saklı Village, which is 10 km east of Hasankeyf district in Batman province and 5.62 km east of Üçyol (Difle) village.

There are two sections in the east-west oriented structure carved into the bedrock. The entrance to the main prayer room, which is located in the east of the chapel, whose main entrance is in the west direction, is provided from the front space. There is an apse 1.0m high, 0.90m wide and 0.20m deep to the east of the place of worship. In addition, there are two niches on the northern walls of both spaces.
