The mill is located 1.65 km southwest of Çalışkan village in Gercüş district of Batman province. Caliskan village is located 81 km southeast of Batman city center and 32 km northeast of Gercüş district centre.

The mill consists of a grinding chamber, a water tower and a water arc. The grinding area has a rectangular plan and consists of two parts. This place has a barrel vault and was built in the form of a flat roof with soil from above. There are 2 loophole window openings on the west wall and 1 on the east wall of the grinding room. To the east of the mill is the towering water tower. The interior of the tower was filled with earth and rubble stones. There is destruction in the mill, which used cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar in its construction.
