Mill 3 is located in the northeast of Çukuryurt village. Çukuryurt village is located 45km southeast of Batman center and 9km northeast of Gercüş district center.

Masonry rubble stone and cas mortar were used in the building, which is placed on a sloping land. Since some of the walls of the building, which consists of a single space, remain at the foundation level, its plan and architectural features cannot be understood. Of the units belonging to the building, only the water canal has survived to the present day, and the water tower has largely collapsed. The length of the water channel is 11.10m, the wall thickness is 1.60m, and the height is 2.50m. The mill is in ruins today; has lost its function.
