The water mill is located in the village of Akçalı (Küsket) within the borders of Kozluk district of Batman province. Akçalı (Küsket) village is located 60.50 km northeast of Batman city center and 15.80 km northeast of Kozluk town center. The water mill is located on the side of the Sevak Stream flowing in the southern part of Akçalı village.

The mill was built with cut and rubble stones in a rectangular plan with a single room. The overall dimensions of the mill are 6.00 m north-south and approximately 5.00 m east-west. The entrance is facing south. Water comes to the mill through a wooden channel in the west direction; but the wooden canal was damaged. There is a millstone in the middle of the mill structure. The mill is in ruins and abandoned today. Due to the collapse of the upper cover and a certain part of the walls, the mill has lost its function.
