The water mill is located on the north bank of Değirmendere Stream, known locally as Eyngebire, 1.15 km south of Tosunpınar village within the borders of Kozluk district of Batman province, 300 km west of Tosunpınar Primary School. Tosunpınar Village is located 4.25 km south of Kozluk town.

It consists of a water mill, a water arc, a water tower and a grinding chamber. Today, the water arc and the grinding area have been largely destroyed. The water tower, on the other hand, has survived to the present day. The entrance of the grinding room faces south. The grinding area has a rectangular plan. The water tower is round in plan. Rubble stone and mud mortar were used in the mill construction. It was determined that it was repaired with reinforced concrete workmanship in the following period. There is natural and human destruction in the mill. It is not in use today.
