Bozıkan Castle is located in the south of Kaleyolu (Bozıkan) village of Sason district of Batman province. Kaleyolu village is located 90km northeast of Batman city center and 24km north of Sason district center.

The cistern no. 2 was built adjacent to the northeast corner of the city walls of the inner castle. The cistern measures 7.40 m north-south and 7.20 m east-west, and has a nearly square rectangular plan, and its top cover is covered with a vault. Its interior height is 4.00m from the existing floor. There is a regular pipe system belonging to the water system at the ceiling level of the eastern wall and at the base of the entrance.

The part thought to be the entrance opening in the western corner of the north wall of the room was destroyed. Inside the opening on the ceiling of the southern wall of the room, there is an arched section with brickwork. This section is thought to be related to the cistern. Rubble stone was used mainly in its construction. The interior and top cover of the cistern was plastered with cas mortar. Traces of illicit excavations were found inside the cistern and there is extensive destruction.
