Tabya Hill is located within the borders of Hasankeyf district of Batman province. Tabya Hill, located in the west of Zevruney Valley, is located on a high rocky area dominating the region. Tabya Hill is located 1.30 km southeast of Hasankeyf centre.

9 cistern structures were observed during the studies carried out in the rocky area on Tabya Hill. The cisterns are located around the residences on the Tabya Hill. There are water channels carved into the rock in connection with the cisterns in the area. In addition, some cisterns start from the mouth and expand towards the bottom. All of the cisterns do not see any use today and have lost their functions.
