The water tunnel is located in the center of Tosunpınar village within the borders of Kozluk district of Batman province. Tosunpınar village is located 4.25 km south of Kozluk town.

The water tunnel, known locally as Serêkani, was built to meet the water needs of the village. The top cover of the entrance part of the tunnel is supported by beams up to 2 meters. After 2 meters of the water tunnel, it was built with irregular rubble stones. The structure of the water tunnel is curved like a meander. The inner part of the tunnel shows a narrowing towards the deep. The entrance width of the water tunnel is 1.20m; its height is 2.00m.
