Workshop no. 1 is located in the old settlement area to the north of Uzundere village within the borders of Hasankeyf district of Batman province. Uzundere village is located 55 km southeast of Batman city center and 15 km southwest of Hasankeyf town centre.

The workshop area, which consists of 14 pits carved into the limestone bedrock mass, is connected to each other by internal canal system. It was determined that the main workshop center in the area was destroyed. The liquid storage tanks connected to the workshop are round in plan and their mouth diameters vary between 0.70x0.70m and 1.10x1.10m, and their depths vary between 0.50m-0.70m. Since these liquid storage tanks are destroyed, their boundaries are not clear. Its interior is filled with earth and rubble stone.
