It is located in the northwest of Aksu (Hizo) village in Hasankeyf district. Positioned on the sloping street texture, the residence is arranged around the inner courtyard (L) plan scheme, as two floors. The building, which rises on a masonry stone wall, is covered with a flat roof.

There are sections used as barn and warehouse on the ground floor of the building. Access to the second floor, which is connected to the stairs with stone steps, is provided by the entrance to the south of the vaulted portico that opens to the inner courtyard. The second floor, which is used as the main living space, has an 'L' plan and consists of five spaces. There is a place in the east, west, south and north of the covered iwan section where the passage to the spaces is provided.
