The residence is located within the borders of Aşağı Alıçlı village of Kozluk district of Batman province. The village of Aşağı Alıçlı is located 5.10 km northeast of the center of Kozluk.

The house at the entrance of the village is now derelict. The interior of the building, which shows a 2-storey arrangement, has been largely destroyed. There are two rectangular door openings that provide entrances to the 1st floor at the ground floor level of the western façade of the building. Passing through the door in the north of these, a space extending in the east-west direction is reached. However, with the demolition of the upper floor, this place has become unusable. Two rooms were created with a wall that cuts vertically the space that is reached from the second door, extending in the east-west direction. It is thought that this section was used as a barn or material storage. There are four rectangular window openings on the second floor level of the west façade.

There are two door openings, one on the east and one on the south, providing access to the second floor of the building. It is thought that the one in the east was opened later. It is thought that there was a staircase in front of the round-arched entrance door, which was built with smooth cut stones in the south, but it has disappeared today. The upper floor consists of rectangular spaces extending in the east-west direction, as can be understood from the outside.

Partially smooth cut stone and mostly rubble stone and crushed stone were used as material in the building. The top of the building is covered with flat earth drops on wooden beams.
