The mansion is located in the center of Doruk village, which is within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. Doruk Village is located 34.50 km south of Batman center and 20 km west of Gercüş district centre.

The kiosk, which is placed on a sloping ground, has an "L" plan and was built as 2 floors (Picture 1). (Picture 2) The spaces are located around the courtyard. The part to the west of the mansion is completely underground, the part to the north is partially destroyed and consists of 3 sections (Picture 3). Most of the entrances of these cradle vaulted spaces are not known due to destruction. The preserved southern room has a rectangular plan. The entrance to this room is rectangular in shape and faces north. The upper cover of the 2nd floor was completely destroyed and the façade walls remained partially standing (Picture 4). (Picture 5) As seen from the surviving sections, there are round-arched window openings and round-arched niches in the mansion. Cut rubble stone, smooth cut stone and cas mortar were used in the construction of the mansion. The mansion, which is not in use today, is damaged.
