The residence is located in the center of Doruk village, which is within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. Doruk Village is located 34.50 km south of Batman center and 20 km west of Gercüş district centre.
The two-storey house extends in an east-west direction (Picture 1). The ground floor, located in the south of the rectangular planned courtyard, consists of 2 parts and its entrance faces north. The room, located in the north of the ground floor, has an east-west oriented rectangular plan. There is a rectangular niche on the east wall of the room and a square window opening on the west wall. The ceiling of the room is supported by wooden beams. The room in the south is rectangular in plan, oriented east-west. There is a pointed-arched window opening on the west wall of this barrel-vaulted room, and a round-arched niche on the southwest wall (Picture 2).
The terrace in the east-west direction on the second floor is reached by 6 rows of steps on the northeast of the ground. To the south of the terrace is a round-arched, rectangular entrance. The second floor consists of 1 hall and 2 rooms. The rooms are rectangular in plan and built as a barrel vault from the inside and a flat roof from the outside. There are round-arched and pointed-arched window openings on the walls of the rooms. The interior of the house was plastered with Cas, and concrete plaster was used in places. Smooth cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar were used in the cradle-vaulted dwelling, which was built in the form of a flat roof with concrete (Picture 3).
