The house is located in Batman province, Gercüş district, Bağlarbaşı Neighborhood, on 106th Street. Gercüş district is located 60km southeast of Batman city centre. The building, which does not have a courtyard, was arranged in 'L' plan type, as two storeys, by staggering on the ground floor. While the ground floor is used as a store and warehouse in the building, where the residential and commercial functions are seen together, the second floor and some parts of the ground floor are arranged as living spaces.

The ground floor of the building consists of a shop, a hall and two spaces placed in the northern and southern parts of the hall. The entrance of the shop, located in the northwest corner, is located in the northern section opening to the street. The round-arched entrance door has two wings and is wooden.

Access to the other spaces on the ground floor is provided by the round arched main entrance door in the western section. The spaces that are thought to be used as warehouses and warehouses are rectangular in plan and covered with barrel vaults. In the northern part of the hall, there is a rectangular planned space with two terracotta grain warehouses at the entrance.

The entrance to the upper floor is provided by a low-arched door, which is connected to the stone-stepped stairs on the west façade. The second floor, which is used as a living area, consists of the entrance hall and rooms located on the south, north and northeast facades of the hall.

It is understood that the building, which used block stone, rubble stone and cas mortar as construction material, was repaired with non-original materials in the later periods.
