The residence is located on 202nd street in Çukurçeşme District of Gercüş district of Batman province. Gercüş district is located 60km southeast of Batman city centre.
The building, which is placed on an inclined ground, in an 'L' plan scheme, is arranged as two floors. The ground floor of the building, where the residential and commercial functions are seen together, is arranged as a shop, warehouse and warehouse, and the second floor is arranged as a living space. The ground floor of the building, which rises on a masonry stone wall, is barrel vaulted, and the upper floors are covered with an earthen flat roof supported by wooden beams.
There are two shops on the entrance floor of the western façade of the building, opening to the street. Rectangular shaped shops with wooden door entrances are vaulted. On the same front as the shops, there is the entrance door to the sections used as warehouses and warehouses. In this section, which forms the ground floor of the building, there is a cross-vaulted hall and two spaces arranged in the form of a long corridor. The spaces, which are illuminated by a small crenellated window, are rectangular in plan and covered with barrel vaults.
The second floor used as living space; The entrance opens to a small inner courtyard with an east-west orientation and a rectangular plan, located on the western façade of the building. The connection with the second floor of the building, located on the southern façade of the inner courtyard, is provided by stairs with stone steps in the north. The second floor, with the main entrance door on the south façade; The entrance hall consists of three spaces used as rooms and a kitchen section. There are rooms in the northwest and northeast of the rectangular planned hall at the entrance, and the kitchen section in the east. The rectangular planned rooms in the northeast and northwest of the hall are higher than the hall. There is a rectangular terrace to the west of the northwest room. To the east of the courtyard, there is a rectangular-planned, barrel-vaulted space used as a barn.
There is no decoration on the exterior of the building, which is covered with cut stone. The second floor of the building, in which cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar was used, was repaired with non-original modern building materials.
