The mansion is located in the south-west of the Ulu Mosque in Hasankeyf Citadel. It is an example of a two-storey civil building. Smooth cut stone material and basalt stone were used. It was built in a rectangular plan. The first floor is kept very low and can be used for storage or cellar purposes by deepening from the inside. The entrance to the second floor of the building is provided by a low-arched door opening from the northeast facade, which is accessed by a staircase made of smooth cut stone. The structure, which is covered with a barrel vault, provides mobility with the niches and windows opened on the four walls.
