Hisar (Hesarê) town is located within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. The town is located 33.35 km south of Batman center and 14.25 km northwest of Gercüş district centre. The residence is located in the center of Hisar town.

The ground floor of the two-storey house is used as a barn and a shop (Picture 1). (Picture 2) Entrance to the house is provided through the round-arched rectangular entrance opening on the north façade (Picture 3). The square planned hall is accessed from this entrance. The hall consists of three spaces, one from the east and one from the west. The second floor is reached with 10 rows of steps in the east of the hall. The second floor consists of 1 hall and 3 spaces. The space to the east of the hall has a rectangular plan; There are rectangular window openings on the east and north walls of the space, and rectangular niches on the north and south. The spaces to the west of the hall have a rectangular plan and rectangular window openings are located on the north wall of the spaces. The spaces on the second floor are plastered with earth. The upper cover of the house was built on wooden beams in the form of a flat roof with earth, cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar were used as construction materials for the lower floor, and adobe was used for the upper floor.
