The residence is located in İncirli village, which is 43 km southeast of Batman city center and 13.35 km east of Hasankeyf district centre.

The stone-walled structure, which is placed on a rocky ground, is covered with a flat earthen roof supported by wooden beams. The rectangular planned structure in the north-south direction was arranged as two floors. The connection between the floors is provided by stairs with stone steps. Cut stone and cas mortar were used as construction materials. There are two rooms in the north and south of the iwan on the ground floor. The upper cover of the iwan, whose entrance is in the west direction, is barrel vaulted. The northern area is used as a barn and the southern area is used as a barn. The second floor, which is used as a living area, consists of four spaces. Access to the spaces is provided by the square planned hall at the entrance. There are window openings with deep niches and square-shaped niches used to put things on the exterior facades of the spaces.
