The residence is located in Soğucak (Kaniya Mezın) village, which is 47km southeast of Batman city center and 17km southeast of Hasankeyf district center.

The single-storey residence located in the western part of the inner courtyard consists of three spaces located to the north and east of the iwan. The place in the north is barrel vaulted, and the two rooms in the east are covered with earthen flat roofs. There are niches used as shelves and shelves on the interior walls of the rectangular planned spaces, and window openings opening to the exterior. Some parts of the building, in which cut stone and cas mortar were used as construction materials, were repaired with non-original building materials in the later periods.
