The residence is located in the center of Tepebaşı (Gundêdiyer) village, 7.40 km southwest of Hasankeyf district center in Batman province. Located in Tepebaşı village, the building was built in two stages on a rocky slope. The building, arranged around the inner courtyard, has a single storey 'L' plan. The building, which rises on a masonry stone wall, is covered with a flat roof.

The western part of the sloping land was kept lower and this part was arranged as a barn. Adjacent to the barn, there is a rectangular planned space close to the square, and another space used as a living space in the eastern part.
