The house is located in the village of Gürgenli, in the town of Sason in Batman province, in the hamlet of Buluca. The collective village hamlet is located 6.5km northwest of the town of Sason.
The building, which is placed on a sloping and rocky ground, was built as three floors by staggering. The house, which rises on a masonry stone wall, is covered with an earthen flat roof supported by wooden beams. Cut stone, rubble stone and earth mortar were used in the building.
The ground floor of the house is arranged as a barn, and the second and third floors are arranged as living space. There are two rooms on each of the three floors of the building. There are window openings in the spaces whose interior walls are plastered with soil.
