The residence is located in the Yukarı Neighborhood of Tosunpınar (Aynras) village in the Kozluk district of Batman province. Tosunpınar village is located 4km north of Kozluk town.

The house, which is placed on an uneven ground, has 4 floors and a rectangular plan. The entrance to the building is through a rectangular single wing door with wooden lintel on the south. From this door, one goes to the hall of the 3rd floor and goes down to the 1st and 2nd floors from this hall.

The first floor consists of a hall and a room, this hall has a rectangular plan in the north-south direction. There is a window opening on the north façade of this hall. The window opening is located on the west wall of the room to the west of the hall, and this floor is used for storage (storage) purposes.

The 2nd floor shows the same features as the 1st floor, with a hearth niche in the north of the hall and crenellated windows in the east and west. There is a hearth niche and window openings in the room to the west of the hall.

The 3rd floor consists of a rectangular hall and a room to the west of the hall. There are window openings on the west wall of the hall, and niches on the east wall for putting things.

The 4th floor is accessed from the 3rd floor's hall with 7 rows of steps. This floor consists of 2 rooms, and the northern walls of the rooms have completely collapsed. The hearth niche is located in the eastern room, and the sitting bench, which is the characteristic feature of Kozluk houses, is located in the north of the western room. Cut stone, rubble stone and soil mortar were used as construction materials in the house, which was built in the form of a flat roof with a roof beam and soil.
