The residence is located in the Yukarı Neighborhood of Tosunpınar (Aynras) village in the Kozluk district of Batman province. Tosunpınar village is located 4km north of Kozluk town.

The house, which is not placed on a smooth ground, has 2 floors and a rectangular plan. The ground floor is used as a barn, and on the south is the hall and the barn. The hall has a square plan, and the barn is accessed through the rectangular door on the west of the hall. The barn, which consists of a single space, shows the feature of a rectangular plan and a window opening is located on the south wall.

The entrance to the 2nd floor faces west. This entrance opens into a rectangular hall without a south wall. There is a rectangular door in the west of the hall and the house is entered. The residence consists of a hall and two rooms. The room in the south of the hall has a rectangular plan and there is a rectangular network window with a wooden lintel on the south wall. The room in the east of the hall is descended with three rows of stairs. This room has a rectangular plan in north-south direction and there is a wooden lintel crenellated window on the south wall of the room. Apart from these, there are also niches in the room. Cut stone, rubble stone and earth mortar were used as construction materials in the house, which was built in the form of a flat roof with a lined top cover.
