Çayhan Bridge is located in the northeast of Çayhan village, which is located in the east of Kozluk district of Batman province. Çayhan village is located 10 km southeast of Kozluk district. The bridge is located 375m northeast of the Çayhan Stream.

The Çayhan Bridge was built on the Çayhan Stream in an east-west direction, and today only 4 pillars remain. It's probably a three-eyed bridge. Based on the pier ruins in the middle, it is understood that this bridge had round arched eyes. As the construction material, smooth block stones were used on the outer surface of the feet and rubble stones were used inside, and they were plastered with cas mortar, which is frequently used in the region.
