The bridge is located on Garzan Stream, southeast of Ulular hamlet, approximately 5km west of Kaşüstü village in Batman province, Beşiri district. Kaşüstü village is located 72 km southeast of Batman city center and 50 km southeast of Beşiri town centre.

It is not known when and by whom the bridge was built, which does not have an inscription or a foundation record. The feet of the bridge, which is inclined to both sides in the east-west direction and has a right-angled plan scheme, are placed on the rocky area on both sides of the stream. It is understood from the remaining traces that it has two arched eyes. Smooth limestone was used for the outer covering, rubble stone and cas mortar for the inner filling.
