Known as Ali Bey Turbeh by the local people, the tomb is located in the cemetery area in the center of Oymataş village, which is within the borders of Batman centre. Oymataş village is located 14 km southwest of Batman centre.
Ali Bey Turbeh was heavily damaged due to the flood disaster in 2007. There is a stone cist and a tomb inside the ruined tomb. Repair work was done on the grave in 1981, some parts were plastered with concrete mortar and the date of repair was written on it.
