Şeyh Halil Tomb is located in Karaoğlak (Xedire) village of Kozluk district of Batman province. Karaoğlak village is located 11,13 km southwest of Kozluk district, and the tomb is located 1.73 km north of Karaoğlak village.

Sheikh Halil Tomb is 14.00x9.00 m in size, has a rectangular plan in east-west direction, has a single dome and its dome is placed on a round drum. It has round arched lighting windows on its drum. The interior of the mausoleum consists of 3 parts: the entrance, the masjid and the mausoleum. The entrance section is in the southwest of the tomb, the masjid section is in the west of the tomb and the tomb section is in the east of the visitor. On the north wall of the masjid section, there is an inscription of 2 lines in Arabic. Its inscription writes the date of construction (Hijri) 1105. Sheikh Halil Tomb, as it is, shows modern workmanship and no remains of its old texture remain. There is a small mosque with a square plan and a flat roof measuring 4.00x4.00 m just to the northeast of the tomb. Around the Şeyh Halil Tomb, there are tombstones with Arabic inscriptions and tombstones without writing, which are thought to belong to the ancient period.
