It is located in Hasankeyf Citadel, in the south-west of the Great Palace, within the cemetery.
It is not known when and for whom it was built, as there is no inscription or endowment record of the building. However, the square planned structure, which is dated as a medieval structure, was built with rubble stone material. The dome of the tomb covered with a dome was plastered with concrete in the later periods. The round-arched entrance door is located in the western part. The south and west façades of the building have been taken into the courtyard to merge with the outer walls.
