Seyid Bilal Turbeh is located in Vergili (Becirman) village of Gercüş district of Batman province. The village of Vergili is located 72km southeast of Batman city center and 23.10km northeast of Gercüş district center.

The tomb area was surrounded by an enclosing wall with a craftsmanship suitable for today. In addition to the old tombs, there are modern tombs and Seyid Bilal Tomb in the area.

Seyid Bilal Turbeh consists of a large main dome and 10 small domes shaped around this dome. The tomb has two entrances, one to the south and one to the east. These entrances are rectangular in form and the entrance in the south is for men and the entrance in the east is for women. Men's entrance must be on the porch. There are 8 rectangular window openings in the tomb. There are rectangular shaped lighting windows in four directions of the main dome. Inside the tomb are the graves of Seyid Bilal and the villagers. The building has lost its original feature with its later renovation.
