Şeyh Atman Turbeh is located 2km southeast of Rüzgârlı (Bağlate) village in Gercüş district of Batman province. The village of Rüzgârlı is located 68km southeast of Batman city center and 16km northwest of Gercüş district center.

The tomb was built with modern materials and workmanship and has an octagonal plan. The entrance, which is kept high from the ground, faces north and has a rectangular form. There is a tomb belonging to Sheikh Atman in the tomb, the top of which was left open. The head and foot witnesses of the tomb are made of modern materials. The tomb is visited by the local people because it is good for rheumatic diseases. There is a masjid built with modern craftsmanship just to the east of the tomb.
