The mound, located in the İluh District of the city center of Batman, is completely under the urban structures today.

Since there is a settlement on the mound today, it has been subjected to a lot of destruction. In addition to straw tempered ceramics dating to the Chalcolithic Period, ceramic finds dating to the Middle Assyrian Period and the Middle Ages were encountered in the area. In addition, mortar (large stone vessel) and pestle placed in a tomb were found.
