Rock residence is located 1.75 km east of Karayün (Koxika) village, which is within the borders of Batman centre. Karayün village is located 6.35 km south of Batman city center.

Rock residence consists of a front entrance room and 2 spaces. Access to the residence is provided by the south-facing entrance. This entrance leads to the front entrance room. There is one damaged niche on the east and west walls of the front entrance room.

The entrance, which provides access to room 1, is located in the northeast of the front entrance room. The corners of the room no. 1 have an ovalized rectangular plan. There is a large destroyed niche and ventilation hole in the southeast corner of the room. In addition, there is a damaged window opening on the western wall of the room, which is used in common with room 2. Room 2 is located to the northeast of the front entrance room. The corners of the room no. 2 show an ovalized square plan feature.

It is understood from the animal mooring holes in the entire rock dwelling that the dwelling was used as an animal shelter in the later periods. There is natural and human destruction throughout the house.
