The complex rock dwelling is located in the Sincanlı neighborhood of Oymataş village, which is connected to the city center of Batman, on the rocky area just east of the Tigris River. Oymataş village is located 22km southwest of Batman city center and Sincanlı district is located 1km southeast of Oymataş village.

The entrance of the rock house, which consists of two spaces, faces west. From this entrance, you can pass to the 1st place of the house. The corners of the room no. 1 are oval and irregular in rectangular plan. The northwest corner of the place has been destroyed today and there is a round arched niche on the northeast wall. To the south of room 1, there is room 2 with a rectangular plan with ovalized corners. The transition to room 2 is made with a rectangular entrance opening. There is a niche on the south wall of the room, which was made for the purpose of putting things. Today, the wall separating room 1 and room 2 has been partially demolished. There is generally natural and human destruction in the rock dwelling; Today it is used as an animal shelter.
