UPPER KARHA LOCATION ROCK HOUSINGS

Eight rock dwellings carved into the bedrock were identified in the Yukarı Karha locality, 40km southeast of the Beşiri district center of Batman province.
Three of these residences could not be studied because they are located on the steep part of the rocky area. It has been determined that the rock dwellings that were observed have a rectangular plan in general and some of them are used as animal shelters or water tanks today.
