The rock tomb is located on a rocky area 5km southwest of Dereiçi (Çayelo) village within the borders of Sason district of Batman province. Dereici village is located 60km northeast of Batman city center and 20km southwest of Sason district center.

The burial chamber has an irregular square plan and the entrance section was built higher than the burial chamber. Access to the rock tomb is provided by the north-facing entrance and the entrance is placed in an arched niche. The rock tomb has 3 niches; The kline no. 1 is on the west wall of the burial chamber, the kline no. 2 is on the south wall of the burial chamber, and the kline no. 3 is on the east wall of the burial chamber. The eastern wall of the kline no. 3 was later enlarged and possibly given a separate function. There is destruction throughout the rock tomb.
