The rock tomb no. 4 is located in the rocky area 350 m south of Kırkat village in Gercüş district of Batman province. Kırkat village is located 39.35km south of Batman center and 8km west of Gercüş district center.

The entrance to the tomb is on the west. The front of the entrance is covered with earth and rubble stone (Picture 1). (Picture 2) There is a rock protrusion on the ground southeast of the tomb. This projection should be the area where the alabastron or unguentarium was placed. There are two pits carved into the ground to the north and south of the entrance to the west of the tomb, these pits should be the places where the dead gifts were placed. There are 5 klines in total in the tomb. The klines are found on the north, south and east walls of the burial chamber.

The kline no. 1 is adjacent to the kline no. 2-3 on the east wall of the burial chamber (Picture 3), and on the north wall of the burial chamber (Picture 4), the clines no. 4-5 are adjacent in the same way and are located on the south wall of the burial chamber.
