Rock Tomb No. 2 is located on the slope to the south of Serin village center, within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. Serin village is located 68km southeast of Batman city center and 24km northeast of Gercüş district center.

The rock tomb consists of 3 klines and the klines are arcosolium. Access to the burial chamber is provided from the east-facing entrance, and there is a cover seat at the entrance to cover the entrance. The burial chamber has a square plan feature. Kline 1 is on the south wall of the burial chamber, kline 2 is on the west wall of the burial chamber, and kline 3 is on the north wall of the burial chamber. The rock tomb was heavily damaged.
