The rock tomb is located 1km southwest of Düzmeşe village in Gercüş district of Batman province. Düzmeşe village is located 60km southeast of Batman city center and 9km northeast of Gercüş district center.

The rock tomb consists of 2 klines and the klines are located on the east and north walls of the burial chamber. Access to the burial chamber is provided through the west-facing entrance. The burial chamber has a nearly square plan. Kline 1 is on the east wall of the burial chamber, and kline 2 is on the north wall of the burial chamber. Today, the interior of the rock tomb is filled with water from the ground to the kline level, and a corridor was created from irregular rubble stones at the entrance of the tomb. There is damage throughout the tomb.
