The rock tomb no. 3 is located in the east of Kozluk (Hazo) Castle, which is located in Kale Mahallesi of Kozluk district of Batman province.

The burial chamber carved into the rock has a square plan and there are three arcosolimlu klines on the south, west and east walls. Access to the burial chamber is provided through the north-facing entrance. The rock tomb was built above the ground and there is no step system in front of the entrance to reach the tomb. The façade of the kline on the south wall of the burial chamber has been severely damaged as a result of illegal excavations. There is damage throughout the tomb.
