Rock Tomb No. 1 is located on the slope south of the Serin village center within the borders of Gercüş district of Batman province. Serin Village is located 68km southeast of Batman city center and 24km northeast of Gercüş district center.

The rock tomb consists of 3 klines with arcosolium. Access to the burial chamber is provided through the east-facing entrance. The burial chamber has a square plan feature. The klines in the burial chamber were completely destroyed. Kline 1 is located on the south wall of the burial chamber, kline 2 is located on the west wall of the burial chamber, and kline 3 is located on the north wall of the burial chamber.
