Rock tomb no. 5 is located on the southwest slope of the village of Yolüstü (Kedile), which is 46 km southeast of Batman city center and 16.95 km east of Hasankeyf town centre.

Access to the burial chamber is provided through the east-facing entrance. In front of the entrance, there is a cover made to close the entrance. There is a small ramp just in front of the entrance inside the burial chamber. There is a kline (in the form of an arched niche with arcosolium) on the north, south and west walls of the burial chamber, which has a square plan. There is destruction throughout the rock tomb.
