Şeyh Tacettin Cemetery Area is located within the borders of Kaleyolu (Bozıkan) village of Sason district of Batman province, in a locality known as Şexan Mahallesi in the region. Kaleyolu village is located 90km northeast of Batman city center and 24km north of Sason district center.

The cemetery is located 1km north of Kaleyolu village. Today, the cemetery area is surrounded by a modern retaining wall, and there are 2 historical burial structures in the northeast of this area. There are Arabic writing bands and other decorations that are not clear due to deformation on the foot and head witness of these graves. The other graves in the cemetery area are simple graves without writing and decoration. There is a masjid structure built in the modern period in the northwest of the area. The cemetery area has been destroyed by neglect and filled with weeds.
