Rock Mosque is located on a rocky area 9.35km southeast of Hasankeyf district center in Batman province. The entrance of the mosque faces north. The last congregation place of the rock mosque consists of a sanctuary and a place to the west of the narthex. The rectangular planned narthex on the northern façade of the mosque is arranged in the form of a portico with two arches.
